الجمعية العامة/General Assembly
وهي أعلى هيئة تقريرية وتتشكل من المنظمات الأعضاء. وتجتمع كل سنة وكلما دعت الضرورة. وتخول صفة العضوية حق المشاركة في جميع الأنشطة التي تنظمها الجمعية، وكذا الحضور في جلسات الجمع العام، والمساهمة في عمليات التصويت، وتقديم طلب الترشيح قصد الانتخاب في هياكل الجمعية.. وتفقـد صفة العضوية بتقديم الاستقالة، أو بالإقالة في حالة الإخلال بنظام الشبكة، يعقد الجمع العام العادي مرة كل أربعة سنوات، ويمكن عقده استثناء بجدول اعمال محدد، بدعوة من طرف ثلثي 3/2 المجلس الإداري أو بطلب من أغلبية أعضاء المكتب التنفيذي. The General Assembly serves as the highest reporting body, consisting of member organizations. It convenes annually and whenever necessary. Membership grants the right to participate in all activities organized by the association, attend general assembly sessions, contribute to voting processes, and submit candidacy applications for election to the association's structures. Membership status can be revoked by submitting a resignation or through dismissal in case of violation of the network's regulations. The regular General Assembly is held every four years, and it can be convened exceptionally with a specific agenda, initiated by two-thirds (3/2) of the Administrative Council or upon request by the majority of Executive Office members.
المكتب التنفيدي/Executive Office
ـ يتكون المكتب التنفيذي من 5 إلى 7 أعضاء يتم انتخابهم من طرف الجمعية العامة كل أربعة سنوات قابلة للتجديد. يضم رئيس الشبكة وكاتبا عاما وأمينا للمال ومستشارين ويشرف المكتب التنفيذي على الادارة العامة للمنظمة، بما فيها البرامج والشؤون المالية وهو يجتمع أربع مرات في السنة على الأقل. The Executive Office consists of 5 to 7 members elected by the General Assembly every four years and is eligible for renewal. The Executive Office includes the "Executive President" serving as the "General Manager of the Administrative Council," along with a "Secretary-General," a "Treasurer," and "Advisors." The Executive Office oversees the general administration of the organization, including administrative and financial affairs, and meets at least four times a year. Members of the Executive Office are elected every four years and are eligible for renewal, providing an opportunity for change and rejuvenation within the organization.
المجلس الإداري/Administrative Council
يتكون من 7 إلى 13 عضو يتم انتخابهم من طرف الجمعية العامة كل أربعة سنوات قابلة للتجديد. يضم مديرا عاما ونائب للمدير ومسؤولا للتواصل والشراكات ونائبه ومستشارين وهو يجتمع أربع مرات في السنة على الأقل بحضور رئيس الشبكة ويجتمع المجلس لتقرير سياسات الشبكة وبرامجه. مجلس الخبراء/Council of Experts
ـ يعد مجلس الخبراء هيئة استشارية تقوم بالدراسات والمهام التي يكلفها بها المكتب التنفيذي ـ يعين المكتب التنفيذي أعضاء مجلس الخبراء من بين الكفاءات المشهود لها والشخصيات ذات المستوى العلمي والأكاديمي المرموق. The Expert Council serves as a consultative body tasked with studies and assignments designated by the executive office. Members of the Expert Council are appointed by the executive office based on their recognized expertise and distinguished academic and scientific backgrounds.

مجلس شباب العدالة المناخية/Climate Justice Youth Council
ـ يعمل المجلس على تبادل الخبرات والأفكار مع منظمات الشباب الإقليمية والعالمية والعمل سويًا على تعزيز الوعي بقضايا التغير المناخي. ـ يعين من بين اعضاء الشبكة الشباب الذين لهم القدرة على تحفيز الفرق وتوجيه الجهود نحو تحقيق الأهداف المشتركة للشبكة. The Youth Council collaborates with regional and global youth organizations to exchange experiences and ideas, collectively raising awareness about climate change issues. Members of the Youth Council are selected from the network's youth members who have the ability to motivate teams and direct efforts toward achieving common network goals.
مجلس نساء العدالة المناخية/Climate Justice Women Council
ـ يعمل المجلس على تمثيل مصالح النساء والفئات الضعيفة في سياق التغير المناخي وتعزيز مشاركة النساء في صنع القرارات المتعلقة بالتغير المناخي على مستوى السياسات الوطنية والدولية. ـ يعين المجلس من بين النساء اعضاء الشبكة الذين لهم الكفاءة في متابعة تأثير السياسات البيئية و المناخية على النساء والمجتمعات النسائية وتقديم التوصيات لتحسينها ومراقبة تنفيذ السياسات ذات الصلة للتأكد من أنها تلبي احتياجات وحقوق النساء. The Women's Council works to represent the interests of women and vulnerable groups in the context of climate change, enhancing women's participation in decision-making related to climate change at national and international policy levels. Members of the council are chosen from women within the network who have the competence to monitor the impact of environmental and climate policies on women and women's communities. They provide recommendations for improvement and monitor the implementation of relevant policies to ensure they meet the needs and rights of women.
